Why KopixX exists
Most software agencies are optimised to deliver a specification and invoice. That model produces a lot of technically correct products that nobody uses and nobody pays for.
We started KopixX because we'd been on the other side of that — running our own applications, where nobody signs off a spec and the only feedback that matters is whether users install, stay and pay. Our own apps have collectively passed a million downloads on the Google Play Store and generated millions of naira in revenue. Every lesson from that — retention that collapses in week two, a payment provider that silently fails at 2am, a Play Store rejection three days before launch — is now built into how we work with clients.
